Lilian Ndinda is a gender equality and women’s empowerment advocate advancing women’s leadership and meaningful participation in decision-making spaces across Africa and beyond. She coordinates programmes that strengthen transformative leadership and convene diverse actors across Africa and beyond, facilitating critical dialogues on the advancement of gender equality. Her work fosters intergenerational dialogue, strengthens movements, and amplifies women’s voices to shape inclusive and accountable governance while advancing policy reforms. She has led regional transformative leadership initiatives in the areas of women’s political participation and women in law, bringing together policymakers, civil society, legal professionals, and women’s rights movements to foster collective action and influence change. She actively works to build and sustain feminist movements, creating platforms for women to lead, influence policy, and challenge structural inequalities through collective power, solidarity and inclusive leadership.
