FEMNET, in partnership with Co-Impact’s Women in Leadership in Law partners, will host a powerful convening under the theme “Women Leading in Shaping Justice Across Generations.” Set to take place 14th to 16th July 2025 in Nairobi, Kenya, the event will bring together women across generations in the legal and justice field to reflect on systemic and institutional barriers to leadership, share lived experiences and co-create actionable strategies for gender-just reforms.

The convening will feature cross-generational dialogues, solution-oriented discussions, and a roundtable with African journalists to explore the media’s role in advancing women’s leadership in law through storytelling and strategic advocacy.
