Activism against Gender-Based Violence. Grounded in the urgent reality that violence against women and girls is rapidly evolving across digital and physical spaces, this campaign confronts both the rising wave of tech-facilitated abuse and the persistent violations of bodily autonomy experienced by women and girls across Africa. As we mark the 16 Days, UNMUTED uses bold visuals, feminist storytelling, and art-driven advocacy to disrupt silence, challenge harmful norms, and demand accountability from governments, digital platforms, and institutions. This campaign is a powerful call to amplify survivor voices, strengthen collective resistance, and push for transformative, feminist-centered solutions across the continent.
