Nicole Maloba

Nicole Maloba is a Lawyer and Policy Researcher committed to bridging localised efforts in women’s socioeconomic rights with broader legislative gender reform and feminist macroeconomic analysis in Africa. She currently leads the Economic Justice and Rights Program at FEMNET. She previously served as the Africa Advocacy Advisor at Christian Aid Africa and was the CEDAW and Macroeconomics working group coordinator at IWRAW-AP. A Chevening Alumni, she holds a master’s degree in Gender and Law from SOAS University of London, a postgraduate certificate in Sustainable Development and Human Rights Law from the University of Antwerp, and an LLB, Bachelor of Laws from Middlesex University. She enjoys live music and exploring Africa’s hidden gems.
