He is a seasoned and reliable professional with track record of over 25 years handling all aspects of organisation behaviour, financial management, strategy and change management, information management systems, sustainability, grants management and grantee capacity building, and people management etc.

Specifically, he is exemplary in coordinating the development of strategic budgets, financial reports, accounting for internal and external uses, coordinating audit processes, procurement activities (as the procurement focal person), setting up and maintaining the financial, administrative policies and procedures and strategies (including designing internal control system and subsequent management), setting up risk assessment frameworks and subsequent risk assessments (risk analysis, monitoring and mitigation) including setting up risk registers). He describes himself as a modern Keynesian Economist. Martin is a great farmer (practicing sustainable farming practices) and avid reader of macroeconomic and management issues.
