Adeline has twelve years’ progressive experience in managing grants to diverse implementing partners. She has supported organizations to build their capacities in areas of compliance, financial management systems, financial reporting, budget monitoring and risk management. At FEMNET, she works collaboratively with programme and finance units  to ensure delivery of results and the effective coordination and administration of grants while adhering to contractual obligations. 

Adeline has a background in finance at masters’ level with further professional training in project management (PRINCE 2) and as a Certified Public Accountant. She is a fitness enthusiast.
